The Bill of Republican Christian Rights:
I. No Freedom of Speech, Press, Religion and Petition
–The Republicans shall make all law respecting an establishment of Christian-only religion, and prohibiting the free exercise of anything else thereof, and limiting all freedom of speech unless it is their own, and abridging all press unless it is in their favor, and removing the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and ignoring the petition of Government for a redress of grievances unless they want to know the birthplace of a President.
II. Right to Keep and Fire Arms:
–An unregulated militia, being necessary to the security of our borders and biases, the right of the misguided people to keep assault weapons or even canons and bear them on unarmed teenagers as well as any non-white person, shall not be infringed.
III. Conditions For Quarters of Soldiers:
–All American soldiers, in times of peace shall be quartered in any ‘non-Republican’ (read: non-White) country, without the consent of its citizens, as well as in times of war, which will be prescribed by Republican-run law at will.
IV. Right of search and seizure regulated:
–The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, shall be violated under the terms of the Patriot Act, or the fact the person is deemed ethic or Middle-Eastern, in which all warrants shall issue, without probable cause, supported by hearsay or prejudice, and without particularly describing the place to be searched, or the persons or things to be seized.
V. Provisions concerning prosecution:
–All persons shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, without a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, especially in cases arising from ethnicity or religious affiliation, or in the Democratic party, whether in actual fact or public hysteria, and any person shall be subject for the same offense in the courtroom as well as the media, all shall be compelled within the Democratic party to be a witness against himself, and be deprived of an simple life, no liberty, or property, ignoring due process of law, and all private property shall be taken for public use without just compensation.
VI. Right to a speedy trial, witness, etc.
–In all criminal cases, the accused shall not enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, especially if you are considered a terrorist, by an overexposed media jury of the State and district wherein the crime might have been committed, which district shall have not been previously ascertained by the law in an undisclosed location, while never being informed of the nature and cause of the accusation as prescribed under the Patriot Act; to be confronted with the faulty expert and eye witnesses against him; not to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of under-paid and over-worked counsel that doesn’t even know your name for your defense.
VII. Right to a trial by jury
–In suits of Republican law, where the value in controversy shall be whatever they choose, the right to a trial by jury will not be preserved, and all facts tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in the one-sided media court of the World, according to the rules of public opinion.
VIII. Excessive bail, cruel punishment
–Excessive bail shall be required for the middle and lower classes, excessive fines imposed on the poor, and cruel and unusual punishments inflicted on the mentally challenged and those with psychological disorders.
IX. The enumeration in the Constitution, of all rights, shall be construed to fit the rich or the famous, while denying and disparaging all rights of everyone else.
X. Rights of the States under the Constitution
–The powers not delegated to the Republican party by the Consitution, nor prohibited by it to the Christian followers, are reserved to the Media respectively, or to the powerful corporations.
